The town of Bowmanville has a lot to recommend it to people thinking about moving to or within Ontario. First of all, Bowmanville has an advantage of proximity; it is located just 15 kilometres east of the much larger city of Oshawa. Bowmanville is also less than one hundred kilometres away from the big metropolis of Toronto, a commute that may appeal to many workers when the relative price of real estate within the two communities is considered!
